Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rules 4.182A and 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the above-named Company intends to make a distribution to the Creditors of the Company within 4 months from 29th January 1998. Creditors are required to submit full details of their claims to KPMG, Aquis Court, 31 Fishpool Street, St. Albans AL3 4RF, on or before 29th January 1998, which is the last day for proving claims. The full details of claims, referred to above, must include the Creditors’ name and address, the amount of the claim and particulars of how and when the debt was incurred by the Company. Notice is also given that the intended distribution is a Final Distribution and will be made without regard to any claims not made by the last day for proving claims. All funds remaining in the Liquidator’s hands following the Final Distribution to Creditors shall be distributed to shareholders absolutely. Liquidator     Note : The Company is able to pay all its known Creditors in full. 23rd December 1997.
