Notice is hereby given that the Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton, Grant Thornton House, Melton Street, Euston Square, London NW1 2EP, on Wednesday, 11th February 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. Proxy forms must be returned to the office of Grant Thornton, Grant Thornton House, Melton Street, Euston Square, London NW1 2EP, by no later than 12 noon on Tuesday, 10th February 1998. F.
