Notice of application for consent for the purpose of section 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Donald Davies, for consent to discharge a maximum daily volume of 1.4 cubic metres of sewage effluent to a tributary of the River Tawe, at National Grid Reference SN 7110 0190 from Neuaddwen Cottage, Ynysmond Road, Glais, Swansea.   Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Rivers House, St. Mellons Business Park, St. Mellons, Cardiff CF3 0LT, not later than 19th February 1998, quoting ref. RT/WQ/RCEU/PG/BP0269401.   A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at the Environment Agency, Glan Tawe, 154 St. Helens Road, Swansea SA1 4DF. T.
