LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET

The Barnet (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (1997, No. 1) (Amendment No. ) Order 199 

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and all other enabling powers.   The general nature and effect of the Order will be to amend the Barnet (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) Order 1997, so that additional or amended restrictions are placed on waiting by vehicles in the lengths of carriageway specified in the Schedule to this notice as part of the borough-wide waiting restriction review.   A copy of the original Order, the proposed Order, a plan of the relevant area and the Council’s Statement of Reason for making the Order can be inspected between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays (Bank Holidays excepted) inclusive, until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published at:   (a) Traffic Section, Room 1006, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ.   (b) The Town Hall, The Burroughs, Hendon, London NW4 4BG.   Further information may be obtained by telephoning the London Borough of Barnet (Traffic Section), telephone number 0181-359 4330 or 0181-359 4333.   Any person desiring to object and/or make other representations relating to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof and quoting Ref. WWR/TMO/2, to the Director of Environmental Services (Traffic Section), London Borough of Barnet, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ, within the aforementioned period of 21 days. Holden Avenue:
(a) west side, between its junction with Woodside Park Road and a point opposite the northern flank wall of No. 1 Holden Avenue.	Monday to Friday 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
(b) east side, between its junction with Woodside Park Road and a point 11 metres north of the common boundary of “Ravensdene” and “The Gables”, Holden Avenue.	Monday to Friday 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Holden Road:
(a) north-west and west sides:
(i) between a point 6 metres north-east of the north-eastern flank wall of No. 115 Holden Road and a point 18 metres south-west of the south-western kerb-line of Guildown Avenue.	Monday to Friday 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
(ii) between a point 10 metres north of the northern kerb-line of Tillingham Way and a point 10 metres south of the southern kerb-line of Tillingham Way.	Monday to Friday 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
(b) south-east and east sides, between a point opposite the north-eastern boundary wall of No. 80 Holden Place and a point 3 metres east of the common boundary of Nos. 2 and 3 The Garth, Holden Road.	Monday to Friday 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

(i) from its junction with Woodside Lane south-westwards for a distance of 18 metres.	Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
(ii) between a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 64 and 62-60 Woodside Avenue and a point opposite the common boundary of Orchard Lodge and No. 1-2 Claire Court.	Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
Woodside Grange Road, east side, between its junction with Woodside Park Road and a point opposite the southern flank wall of No. 34 Woodside Grange Road.	Monday to Friday 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Woodside Lane:
(a) north side, between a point opposite the south-eastern flank wall of No. 80 Woodside Avenue and a point opposite the north-eastern boundary wall of “Calrn Ryan” Woodside Lane.	Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
(b) south and south-east sides, between a point opposite the south-eastern flank wall of No. 80 Woodside Avenue and a point opposite the common boundary wall of “Kenmoor” and No. 12 Woodside Lane.	Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.

Woodside Park Road:
(a) north side, between the eastern kerb-line of Woodside Grange Road and a point opposite the common boundary of No. 82 and Rebecca House, Woodside Park Road.	Monday to Friday 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
(b)  south side, between a point 38 metres east of the common boundary of No. 82 and Rebecca House, Woodside Park Road and a point 18 metres west of the western boundary wall of the Hall, Woodside Park Road.	Monday to Friday 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
