The Barnet (Goods Vehicles) (Loading Places) (1994, No. 1) (Amendment No. ) Order 199

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet propose to make the above-mentioned Order under section 6 and Schedule 1 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
  The general effect of the Order will be to amend the existing loading places in The Broadway, Mill Hill, so that restrictions are placed on waiting by vehicles other than goods carrying vehicles on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive, between 8 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. in the lengths of carriageway specified in the Schedule to this notice.
  A copy of the original and proposed Orders, a plan of the relevant areas and the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order can be inspected during normal hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published, at:

  (a) Traffic Section, Room 1006, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ;
  (b) The Town Hall, The Burroughs, Hendon, London NW4 4BG.

  Any person desiring to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the Director of Environmental Services (Traffic Section), London Borough of Barnet, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ, within the aforementioned period of 21 days.

   The Broadway, Mill Hill, north-west side, from a point 1 metre south-west of the common boundary of Nos. 43 and 45 The Broadway, Mill Hill north-westwards for a distance of 15 metres.
