The Barnet (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (Amendment No. ) Traffic Order 199

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.   The general nature and effect of the Order will be to provide parking bays for disabled drivers in The Broadway, Mill Hill, as specified in Schedule 1 to this notice and to revoke the parking bays for disabled drivers in The Broadway, Mill Hill as specified in Schedule 2 to this notice.   A copy of the original and proposed Orders, a plan of the relevant area and the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order can be inspected between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive (Bank Holidays excepted), until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which the notice is published at (a) Traffic Section Room 1006, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ and (b) The Town Hall, The Burroughs, Hendon, London NW4 4BG.   Further information may be obtained by telephoning the London Borough of Barnet (Traffic Section), telephone number 0181-359 4351.   Any person desiring to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objections and the grounds thereof to the Director of Environmental Services (Traffic Section), London Borough of Barnet, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ, within the aforementioned period of 21 days.
