Notice of Deposit of Proposals for the Replacement of a Local Plan

Surrey Heath Local Plan 1994

Notice is hereby given that Surrey Heath Borough Council have prepared proposals for the replacement of the above plan. If, and when, these plan proposals are adopted they will form the development plan for Surrey Heath. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting that area.
  Copies of the proposals are available for public inspection at Surrey Heath House and local libraries, free of charge, on:

  Surrey Heath House, Monday to Thursday 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. and Friday 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m.;
  Bagshot Library, Tuesday 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Friday 12 noon to 6 p.m. and Saturday 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.;
  Camberley Library, Monday and Friday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday to Thursday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday 9.30 a.m. to 4 p.m.;
  Frimley Green Library, Monday 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., Thursday 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., Friday 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday 9.30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.;
  Lightwater Library, Tuesday 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., Friday 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. and Saturday 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

  Objections to, and representations in respect of, the proposals, should be sent in writing to The Chief Planner, Forward Planning Division, Surrey Heath Borough Council, Surrey Heath House, Knoll Road, Camberley GU15 3HD, by Monday, 23rd February 1998. Objections and representations should specify the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made. They may also be accompanied by a request to be notified at a specified address of the withdrawal, adoption, approval or rejection of the proposals.
  Only objectors whose objections are made in writing and arrive at the address specified above within the 6 week period ending on 23rd February 1998, will have a right to have their objections considered at a local inquiry or hearing.
