Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the above-named Company’s Creditors will be held at the offices of Baker Tilly, 2 Bloomsbury Street, London WC1B 3ST, on 27th February 1998, at 11 a.m., for the purposes of approving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up and agreeing that the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Creditor entitled to vote at the Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Creditor of the Company. P. J. R. Souster, Liquidator 5th January 1998.
