The City of Westminster (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Amendment No.  ) Order 199 

Lodge Road

Notice is hereby given that the Westminster City Council propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the City of Westminster.   The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Restriction Order would be further to amend the City of Westminster (Waiting and Loading Restriction), Order 1976, so as to provide an additional solo motor parking area in Lodge Road.   The proposed Order and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at Hyder Consulting Ltd., 29 Bressenden Place, London SW1E 5DZ, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Order is made or the Council decide not to make the Order.   Further information may be obtained by telephoning the Department of Planning and Environment on 0171-641 1956.   Any objections or other representations about the proposed Order should be sent in writing to the Council’s agents, Hyder Consulting Ltd., Third Floor, 29 Bressenden Place, London SW1E 5DZ, quoting Ref.
