Notice is given that the Limited Partnership hitherto subsisting between European Travelhouse Limited (in Liquidation) as Limited Partner and David James Miller (as General Partner) carrying on business as Hoteliers under the style or firm name of THE AMBASSADOR HOTEL, York has been dissolved as from 30th September 1997, so far as concerns European Travelhouse Limited which retires from the said firm. All debts due and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by David James Miller who, together with Hennebique (York) Limited continues to carry on the said business under the style or firm name of The Ambassador Hotel, York. 7th January 1998.
