TONGHAM LIMITED (formerly Watermation Group Limited)

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 93 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of Tongham Limited, formerly Watermation Group Limited, will be held at 29-31 Greville Street, London EC1N 8RB, on 12th February 1998, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of enabling the Liquidator to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted in the preceding year and to give any explanation that he may consider necessary. A Member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meeting should be lodged at Carolyn House, 29-31 Greville Street, London EC1N 8RB, no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the Meeting. C. R.
