Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Baker Tilly, Iveco Ford House, Station Road, Watford, Hertfordshire WD1 1TG, on Friday, 6th February 1998, at 2 p.m. and 2.30 p.m. respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators, and of sanctioning their fees. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. A. J.
