To James Martin Horan, Travel Agent, of an unknown address and lately of 15 Fulham High Street, London S.W.6. Take notice that a Bankruptcy Petition has been presented against you in this Court by Michael Herbert Hinton, of C. Jacobs & Co., 243 Caledonian Road, London N1 1ED, Supervisor of the Individual Voluntary Arrangement agreed with your Creditors on 10th August 1994, and that the Court has ordered that there be substituted service by publication in The London Gazette, and in a general newspaper circulating in the Republic of Ireland of the presentation of such Petition and the time and place fixed for hearing the Petition shall be deemed to be good and sufficient service of the said Petition on the above-named Debtor on 7th day after completing such publication as aforesaid. The said Petition will be heard at this Court at Southend County Court, Tylers House, Tylers Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS1 2AW, on Tuesday, 17th February 1997, at 1000 hours. Important: If you do not attend the hearing of the Petition the Court may make a Bankruptcy Order against you in your absence. The Petition can be inspected by you on application at this Court, whose offices are at Tylers House, Tylers Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS1 2AW. 26th November 1997.
