Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Annual Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Royce Peeling Green, Hilton Chambers, 15 Hilton Street, Manchester M1 1JI, on 21st February 1998, at 2.30 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and to receive any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
