Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Woodford House, Woodford Road, Watford, Hertfordshire WD1 1DL, on 16th February 1998, at 11 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them, and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and to pass a Resolution to approve the Liquidator’s remuneration and grant his release.
