Notice of Disclaimer under section 656 of the Companies Act 1985

In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985, the Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury as nominee for the Crown in whom the property and rights of Astoir Management Services Limited (formerly James Storan and Associates (U.K.) Limited) (No. 2319161) (hereinafter called “the Company”) vested pursuant to section 654 of the Companies Act 1985 on the dissolution of the Company hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in the premises demised by a lease dated 16th November 1989 and made between The Standard Life Assurance Company (1) and James Storan and Associates (U.K.) Limited (2) situated at Suite 15, The Courtyards, The Croxley Centre, Watford, in the county of Hertfordshire, as the same is registered at Stevenage District Land Registry, with Title Absolute under Title Number HD271455, the vesting of the premises having come to his notice on 24th December 1997.
