Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the above-named Partnership will be held at 68 Ship Street, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 1AE, on 16th February 1998, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of receiving the accounts of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Partnership has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be furnished by the Liquidator, and all other matters to be determined under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above-mentioned Meeting of Creditors is entitled to appoint a proxy who need not be a Creditor of the Company to attend and vote instead of him. W. J. J.
