Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of the Members and Creditors of Zonerecord Limited will be held at Parkway House, 1 Pityme Business Centre, St. Minver, Wadebridge, Cornwall, on Thursday, 12th February 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
