Gordon Road, Enfield—Road Humps

Further information may be obtained by telephoning Shaun Gordon of the Traffic Engineering Group, telephone number 0181-967 9472.   Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Enfield has approved the introduction of road humps in the lengths of Gordon Road specified in the Schedule to this notice under sections 90A-90F of the Highways Act 1980.   The road humps specified in the Schedule would be round-topped with chamfered sides and having a height of 75 millimetres and a length of 3.7 metres in the direction of traffic.   A plan illustrating the location of the proposed road humps can be inspected at the Reception Desk, “B” Block, the Civic Centre, Enfield, Middlesex EN1 3XD, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive.   Any representations regarding the proposals should be sent to the Borough Engineer, the Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield, Middlesex EN1 3XD, quoting Ref.   Gordon Road:   1. From a point 15 metres east of the north-eastern kerb-line of Weston Road eastward for a distance of 3.7 metres.   2. From a point 1.5 metres north-east of the common boundary of Nos. 82 and 84 Gordon Road north-eastward for a distance of 3.7 metres.   3. From a point 1 metre north-east of the common boundary of Nos. 86 and 88 Gordon Road north-eastward for a distance of 3.7 metres.   4. From the common boundary of Nos. 72 and 74 Gordon Road south-westward for a distance of 3.7 metres.   5. From the common boundary of Nos. 72 and 74 Gordon Road westward for a distance of 3.7 metres.   6. From the common boundary of Nos. 26 and 28 Gordon Road westward for a distance of 3.7 metres.   7. From a point 1 metre west of the common boundary of Nos. 47 and 49 Gordon Road eastward for a distance of 3.7 metres.   8. From the common boundary of Nos. 13 and 15 Gordon Road westward for a distance of 3.7 metres.   9.
