Notice of intention to apply for a zoo licence

I, Nigel John Ward, Operations Director, Deep-Sea Leisure PLC, North Queensferry, Fife, Scotland KY11 1JR, hereby give notice that in not less than 2 months after the publication of this notice, I intend to make an application to Ellesmere Port and Neston Borough Council for a licence to operate a proposed zoo at Blue Planet Aquarium, Longloons Road, Little Stanney, Ellesmere Port, South Wirral L65 9JJ.
  A written notice of the intention to make application for a zoo licence, giving details about the proposed zoo, has been sent to the said Council. This may be inspected, free of charge, at the office of the Council at the Borough Solicitor and Estates Department, 4 Civic Way, Ellesmere Port, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Thursday, and between 9 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on Fridays.
