Application to vary an existing licence of right to abstract water
Take notice that J.C. Martin (Farms) Ltd., of 69 Elwyn Road, March, Cambridgeshire PE15 9DA, are applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence of right serial number 6/33/53/146/9 to abstract water from the Twenty Foot River and from drains and watercourses contiguous to the land at Rookery Farm, Grandford Farm and Westry Farm between National Grid References TL 354 991, TL 396 011, TL 406 991 and TL 387 983, all at March parish, Fenland district, Cambridgeshire, within the March Sixth Internal Drainage District and the March and Whittlesey Internal Drainage District. The variation proposed is to add additional land and include abstraction points with no increase in quantities at Moore’s and Crowdens Farm between National Grid References TL 380 011 and TL 380 000 and at Westry Farm between National Grid References TL 398 007 and TL 404 985, all at March parish, Fenland district, Cambridgeshire. A copy of the application and any map, plan or other document submitted may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Westry Farm, Wisbech Road, March, Cambridgeshire PE15 0BA, between 16th January 1998 and 13th February 1998. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Anglian Region, Central Area, Bromholme Lane, Brampton, Huntingdon PE18 8NE, before the end of the said period.
