Notice is hereby given that at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company held at Anson Court, La Route des Camps, St. Martins’, Guernsey, on 7th January 1998, it was unanimously resolved:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and Anthony Christian Pickford, of Chandlers, Anson Court, Les Camps, St. Martins, Guernsey, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator.”   All persons having claims against the Company are required to submit details thereof to the undersigned before 31st January 1998, and all persons indebted to the said Company are required to settle with the undersigned by the above-mentioned date.
