At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Higher Waterhouse Farm, Upham, Cheriton Fitzpaine, Devon EX17 4HJ, on 31st December 1997, the following Special Resolution was passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Alan Maurice Cushnir, of Baehr Lubbock Fine, Russell Bedford House, City Forum, 250 City Road, London EC1V 2QQ, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of winding-up the Company.” N.
