Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company have been summoned by the Liquidator for the purpose of having a final account laid before the Meetings, and to hear any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator and to grant the Liquidator’s release. The Meetings will be held at Moriston House, 75 Springfield Road, Chelmsford CM2 6JB, on 17th February 1998, at 10 a.m. for Members and 10.30 a.m. for Creditors.
