Notice of application for consent in pursuance of Section 1

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10, section 1 of the Environment Act 1995, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Runshaw Hall (Euxton) Management Company Limited, to discharge a maximum of 21.6 cubic metres per day of treated sewage discharged from Runshaw Hall, Runshaw Lane, Euxton, near Chorley PR7 6HQ, to a tributary of the River Lostock at National Grid Reference SD 5414 2032.   Any person wishing to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Environment Agency, Authorisations Section, Lutra House, Dodd Way, off Seedlee Road, Walton Summit, Bamber Bridge, Preston PR5 8BX, not later than 25th February 1998, quoting Ref. C/100/P/97.   A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at the Environment Agency, Lutra House, Dodd Way, off Seedlee Road, Walton Summit, Bamber Bridge, Preston, Lancashire, at all reasonable hours.
