Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 20 Star Hill, Rochester, Kent ME1 1UU, on Tuesday, 17th February 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings of the Company is entitled to appoint a proxy to vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor.
