A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors will be made available for inspection at the offices of Geoffrey Martin & Company, 30 Park Cross Street, Leeds LS1 2QH, on the two business days falling next before the day of the Meeting. There may be a Resolution taken at this Meeting to agree the basis on which the Liquidator’s remuneration is to be calculated.
