At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Silk House, Park Green, Macclesfield, Cheshire SK11 7QW, on 6th January 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Laurence Spears Burt, of Kay Chartered Accountants, 59-63 Station Road, Northwich, Cheshire CW9 5LT, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” T.
