Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2(1a) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Liquidator of the above Company intends paying a Second and Final Dividend to Creditors. The Creditors of the Company are required, on or before 9th February 1998, to submit their proofs of debt to the undersigned, W. J. Kelly, of Ernst & Young, One Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 2DB, the Liquidator of the Company, and if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the first Dividend or any other Dividend declared before his Debt is proved.
