Notice is hereby given that the Partnership formerly subsisting between us, the undersigned Mr P. Mardle, Mrs E. Mardle, Mr M. A. Lyons and Miss A. J. Smith, carring on business as THE BELL INN, Leicester Road, Narborough, Leicestershire, under the name of The Bell Inn, has been dissolved as from 22nd December 1997, so far as M. A. Lyons and Amanda J. Smith, both of whom retire from the firm and that all debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by P. Mardle and E.
