NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL
The Norfolk County Council (Corpusty) (Weight Restriction) Order 1998

Notice is hereby given that the Norfolk County Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit goods vehicles greater than 7.5 tonnes maximum gross weight from proceeding along the scheduled roads (except permit holders and for the purposes of loading or unloading within the lengths of roads specified in the Schedule).   The Norfolk County Council (Corpusty) (Experimental Weight Restriction) Order 1997 is hereby revoked. Schedule
Prohibition of vehicles over 7.5 tonnes maximum gross weight

  In the Parish of Corpusty :   U14418, from the junction with B1354 southwards to the junction with U14256.   U14256, from the junction with B1354 southwards to the junction with U14258 Heath Road.   U14257, from the junction with the B1354 southwards to the junction with U14256.   A copy of the Order and plan, together with a statement of the Council’s reasons for making the Order, may be inspected at County Hall, Norwich, and at the offices of the North Norfolk District Council, Holt Road, Cromer, during normal office hours.   Any person who desires to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any Instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks from 5th January 1998, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
