Notice of application to vary a licence to abstract water

Take notice that M. Secker & Sons Tanrose Nursery, of Downham Road, Outwell, Wisbech, Cambridgeshire PE14 8SL, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial number 6/33/53/5/572, which authorises the abstraction of water from Middle Level Main Drain at National Grid Reference TF 529 027 at The Aquaduct, Welle Creek Road, Outwell, Wisbech, Cambridgeshire.   The variation being applied for is to increase the acreage by one and a half acres onto existing licence with no variation on abstraction.   A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Tanrose Nursery, Downham Road, Outwell, between 16th January 1998 and 20th February 1998.   Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Anglian Region, Central Area, Bromholme Lane, Brampton, Huntingdon PE18 8NE before the end of the said period, quoting the name of the applicant.
