A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of Clarke Bell, Regency Court, 62-66 Deansgate, Manchester M3 2EN, between 10 a.m and 5 p.m. on 23rd January 1998 and 25th January 1998. Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must (unless they are individual Creditors attending in person) lodge their proxies at Clarke Bell, Regency Court, 62-66 Deansgate, Manchester M3 2EN, no later than 12 noon, on 25th January 1998. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, a Creditor will not be entitled to vote unless his proof has been lodged and admitted for voting purposes.
