Notice is hereby given that Joseph Beaumont Atkinson, of Deloitte & Touche, Colmore Gate, 2 Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 2BN, was appointed Liquidator of the said Company, against which a winding-up Order was made on 15th December 1997. Any Creditor of the above-named Company, unless a claim in the prescribed form has already been made to the Official Receiver, must submit a claim to me in the form of a proof of debt (available from me on request), within 28 days.
