The A638 Trunk Road (Bawtry Road, Doncaster) (One-way Traffic) Order

The Secretary of State for Transport hereby gives notice that he has made an Order under sections 1(1) and 2(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which comes into operation on Monday, 19th January 1998.   The effect of the Order is as described in issue number 12766 of The London Gazette dated 13th November 1997 (Ref. 843).   A copy of the Order and the relevant plan have been deposited at Rossington Library, McConnell Crescent, Rossington DN11 0PL, and at Bessacar Library, Alston Road, Bessacar DN4 7EZ, where they may be inspected during normal opening hours. A copy may also be seen at, or obtained by application to, the office of the Director, The Highways Agency, 9th Floor West, City House, Leeds LS1 4UR, quoting reference NNMD 4410/41/7/1.   Anyone wishing to question the validity of the Order, or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers contained in the above Act, or any requirement of the above Act, or any Instrument made under it has not been complied with, may apply to the High Court before 2nd March 1998, to suspend or quash the Order or any part of it.   The Agency contact for any information about this notice is David Oxtoby, telephone (0113) 2836446.
