BISHOP LIFTING GROUP LIFE ASSURANCE AND PENSION SCHEME

Notice is hereby given to all persons who are or were members of the Bishop Lifting Group Life Assurance and Pension Scheme that the Scheme is being wound up. It is believed that all Members of the Scheme and their benefits under it have been identified and the Trustees have the intention to distribute the assets of the Scheme to those who appear to be entitled. If you were a Member of this Scheme (or an employee of Bishop Lifting Services Limited or RHC Stillman Limited (which traded as Avon Engineering Co.)) and believe you may be entitled to benefit from the Scheme and you have not been contacted by Burges Salmon (Trustee) Limited, please post notification of your claim specifying your full name, address and full particulars of your membership of the Scheme to Mr. David Hosford, Burges Salmon (Trustee) Limited, Narrow Quay House, Narrow Quay, Bristol BS1 4AH, so as to reach that address on or before 23rd March 1998. Claims received after the above date will be exluded from the calculation of benefits. 19th January 1998.
