Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of the Members of the above-named Companies will be held at Ash House, Canal Way, Kingsteignton, Newton Abbot, on 13th February 1998, at 10 a.m., 10.05 a.m., 10.10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of receiving an account showing the manner in which the windings-up have been conducted, and the property of the Companies disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
