Daunt & Company Limited, of Haydn House, 309-329 Haydn Road, Sherwood, Nottingham NG5 1HG, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Oxford Combined Court Centre, St. Aldates, Oxford OX1 1TL, on Monday, 9th February 1998, at 10 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 6th February 1998.
