A Meeting of the Contributories of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of laying before the Meeting an account of the winding-up and giving an explanation of it. The Meeting will be held at Gillingham House, Pannells Court, Guildford, Surrey GU1 4EU, on 20th February 1998, at 2 p.m. A Meeting of Creditors for a like purpose will follow at 2.30 p.m. at the same date and place.
