Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Annual and Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Staple House, Staple Gardens, Winchester, Hampshire SO23 9EJ, on Tuesday, 24th February 1998, at 2 p.m. and 2.30 p.m. respectively, for the purpose of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor.
