In the Matter of ANGLIAN FOOD SERVICES GROUP LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of near Merton, Watton, Thetford, Norfolk IP25 6QL, presented on 19th December 1997 by the Commissioners of HM Customs and Excise, Debt Management Unit, Northgate House, St. Peters Street, Colchester, Essex CO1 1HT, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Companies Court, The Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 4th February 1998, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).   Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 3rd February 1998.
