At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at MacIntyre Hudson, Redlands, Cliftonville, Northampton, on 12th January 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Ian Quinney Taylor, of Smith Dove, Glenroyd House, 96-98 St. James Road, Northampton NN5 5LG, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” P.
