Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that a
First and Final Dividend is to be paid to Creditors in the above matter within 4 months
from the date of this notice. Creditors who have not already proved their debt should
do so forthwith. All Creditors who do not prove their debt before 6th February 1998,
will be excluded from the Dividend. Claims should be sent to the undernamed Joint
