Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Rule 4.125 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that a Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held for the purposes or receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
