Notice is hereby given that the Partnership formerly subsisting between us the undersigned, David Anthony Mullarkey and Terence Adrian Mullarkey carrying on business as Suppliers of Fishing Tackle and Accessories, at 184-185 Waterloo Street, Burton-upon-Trent, under the name of MULLARKEY AND SONS has been dissolved by mutual consent so far as concerns Terence Adrian Mullarkey, who retires from the firm, and that all debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by David Anthony Mullarkey, who will continue to carry on the business under the same name.
