Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Royce Peeling Green, Hilton Chambers, 15 Hilton Street, Manchester M1 1JL, on 6th February 1998, at 10.30 a.m. and 10.45 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to vote instead of him or her.
