Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held on 4th February 1998 at 4 Charterhouse Square, London EC1M 6EN, at 12 noon, for the purposes mentioned in section 99 et seq of the said Act. Notice is further given, that Maurice Raymond Dorrington, of 4 Charterhouse Square, London EC1M 6EN, is appointed to act as the qualified Insolvency Practitioner pursuant to section 98(2)(a) of the said Act who will furnish Creditors, free of charge, with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as they may reasonably require.     By Order of the Board.
