Notice is hereby given that M. C. Bowker, of Jacksons Insolvency Practitioners, 75 Kingsway, Rochdale OL16 5HN, was appointed Liquidator of the above Company on 15th January 1998. Creditors are required to send their names and addresses and particulars of their claims to the Liquidator, on or before 1st June 1998, and if so required by notice in writing from the Liquidator, personally or by their Solicitor, to come in and prove their debts at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
