Notice is hereby given that the Kingston-upon-Hull City Council as local highway authority intends to apply to the Magistrates Court sitting at the Law Courts, Alfred Gelder Street, Kingston-upon-Hull, at 2 p.m., on 26th February 1998, for an Order that part of Lowgate (fronting numbers 44-46), Kingston-upon-Hull, be stopped up on the ground that it is unnecessary.   The effect of the proposed Order is shown on a plan deposited at the Reception and Enquiry Office, Kingston-upon-Hull City Council, Guildhall, Kingston-upon-Hull, (Ref.
