Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that an Annual General Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Moore Stephens Booth White, Victory House, Admiralty Place, Chatham Maritime, Kent ME4 4QU, on Thursday, 19th February 1998, at 10 a.m., to be followed by a Final Meeting of the Members and Creditors at 10.10 a.m. for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date.
